About Matchia

What is Matchia?
Matchia is a matcha supplier serving businesses across the U.S.. We sell products from our own factory and also helps our partners distribute their matcha. We focus on stable quality, clear grade structure, and long-term supply support.

Who do you work with?
We work with cafés, dessert shops, beverage brands, food manufacturers, and distributors. Whether you are launching a matcha latte program, scaling a packaged product, or sourcing for wholesale distribution, we can recommend the right matcha based on your application, volume, and target price point.

Where are you based?
Our team operates in the San Francisco Bay Area, where we handle customer support, sample coordination, and fulfillment for many U.S. orders.

Products & Grades

What types of matcha do you offer?
We offer multiple matcha categories for different applications, including ceremonial grade, latte grade, culinary grade, and USDA organic options. We also support bulk supply and custom solutions for foodservice and manufacturing use.

How do I choose the right grade for my business?
The right grade depends on your application, flavor target, color preference, and budget. For example, a café building a signature matcha latte program may need a different grade than a manufacturer producing matcha-flavored cookies. If you tell us your use case, monthly volume, and target cost, we can recommend the best fit.

Do you offer organic matcha?
Yes. We offer selected NOP certified USDA organic matcha.

Can you help me choose matcha for lattes, soft serve, baking, or RTD products?
Yes. We regularly work with customers across café beverage programs, desserts, bakery, and manufacturing applications. We can recommend suitable grades based on the type of product you are building and we also have recipe support.
